Hi! I'm Sana. I started Extra Hands Events with a simple idea: not every event needs a full planner, but almost every event needs an extra pair of hands. Today, we support couples and hosts who don't need full planning - just reliable, behind-the-scenes help so everyone can stay present and enjoy the moment.

Every event is different, and so is the help you need. We offer flexible, hourly support for the physical work of pulling off an event - so you're not the one hauling boxes or chasing down vendors.
SIMPLE, TRANSPARENT PRICING
$70 / HOUR
One simple hourly rate per helper - no packages to decode, no hidden fees - with a minimum of 2 hours. Travel outside Smyrna, GA is billed at $0.70/mile (trips beyond 100 miles from Smyrna include a flat $200 travel fee in addition to mileage). A 25% deposit (minimum $70) secures your date and is applied toward your final total.
